Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from YS Trading Cards Limited through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
YS Trading Cards Limited is a UK-based trading card retailer specialising in trading card games, singles, sealed products and related collectibles.

2. Products
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are as accurate as possible.
Colours, finishes and card appearances may vary slightly from images shown, particularly where manufacturer promotional images, prerelease images or stock images are used.
For individual trading cards, the product title, description, rarity and set information form part of the product description.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. Once an order has been accepted, the price paid for that order will not normally change.
Where applicable, taxes are included or calculated as shown at checkout.
4. Orders
Placing an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
After you place an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• an item is unavailable
• an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred
• payment cannot be authorised
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
• we are unable to deliver to the address provided
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
5. Availability and stock
All products are subject to availability.
Trading card products can have limited supply and stock quantities may change quickly. If we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for any unavailable items.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-order products are products offered for sale before their official release or before stock is available for dispatch.
Release dates and expected availability dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers, distributors or other industry sources and may change.
Specific pre-order information shown on the relevant product page forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Your payment provider may carry out its own security or fraud checks.
8. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated times and charges are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
10. Condition of trading cards
Unless stated otherwise, newly opened singles are sold as pack-fresh cards.
Pack-fresh does not necessarily mean professionally graded or flawless. Manufacturing and printing processes can occasionally result in minor factory imperfections.
Where a particular condition is specifically stated in a listing, that stated condition forms part of the product description.
11. Sealed products
Sealed trading card products may contain randomly inserted cards. Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, pull rate or value unless expressly stated.
Manufacturer collation, print quality and pack contents are outside our control.
12. Product images
Product images are provided for identification and illustration purposes.
Images may sometimes show representative artwork or prerelease artwork where final product photography is not yet available. The product title and description should be used to confirm exactly what is being purchased.
13. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before an order is placed.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions.
14. Website use
You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
15. Intellectual property
The YS Trading Cards name, branding, website content and original materials belong to YS Trading Cards Limited or are used with permission.
Third-party trademarks, card artwork and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website or purchase of goods.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to an order will normally be those in effect when that order was placed.
18. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
