Shipping & Delivery

YS Trading Cards ships orders throughout the UK and to selected international destinations.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout.

Orders are carefully packed to help protect trading cards and sealed products during transit.

International delivery

We also ship to selected countries worldwide. International shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout where available.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in their destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Dispatch times

In-stock orders are normally dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been confirmed.

During particularly busy periods, major product releases or events, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products are dispatched once the relevant stock has arrived and is available for release.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the full order may be held until all items are available. If you require in-stock products sooner, please place them as a separate order.

Release and delivery dates supplied by manufacturers or distributors are estimates and may change.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will normally be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your order appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may delay delivery or result in the parcel being returned.
