Return Policy
You have 30 days to return an item. When returning an item please include your order number or confirmation email so we are able to process your return.

Orders cancellations:
If the product is undamaged, completely unopened and unused in the original wrapping exactly as received, then you may return the item as unwanted for up to 30 days.
You are responsible for any postage costs and ensuring the item reaches us in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
Please note that if we deem the item to not be as we sent it, we will not accept it.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. This policy does NOT apply to single cards and any other non-sealed products, a 7 day returns period will apply here instead. This is due to the extreme volatility of trading card market prices. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible usually within 7 days but will not exceed more than 30 days after confirming receipt of the items.
Trading card game products include Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Dragon Ball and Digimon sealed products and single cards. Any game that has booster boxes, packs and single cards that fluctuate in price we are classing as a trading card game product under this returns policy.
Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, you must contact us via email and inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to you. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints or include suitable charges for problems raised after the 30 day period. Damaged cards inside blind-packed products like booster packs, booster boxes or cases.
In the event that a particular card is damaged inside a pack, we will only be able to replace the booster pack as being faulty (the product purchased) and not the cards inside. In the rare event, this happens to you, you could benefit by contacting the manufacturer first for a replacement card, but note they have no responsibilities to do so.
Other Returns:
In the event that your item is lost, arrives damaged, or we made a mistake on your order, or your item has suffered a manufacturing issue, then please contact us at ystradingcards1@gmail.com
If there are any extra unexpected costs incurred due to errors made by us such as wrong package weight or incorrect delivery address compared to the one provided we will take responsibility and refund the value of thos extra costs.
Pre-order cancellations:
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund up until the order has been dispatched, which is usually one day before the official release date If a pre-order product has fallen in price since you ordered it, we can refund you the difference, so you get a fair price. This applies up to the point the order is dispatched.
Quality Guarantee:
YS TRADING CARDS LIMITED provides quality products. All products we sell are guaranteed to be genuine and authentic. All sealed products will be in mint condition unless otherwise stated. Single cards will be pack fresh unless otherwise stated. Please note some pack fresh cards can have minor damage, we do our best to make sure the cards we sell to you are as near mint as possible.
